It was really nice of Quest To-Shin Do of Dayton to let me draw them for a few minutes!

Exercise #8: Expressions

I used Comedians Dave Chappelle, Sarah Silverman, George Carlin, Jim Carrey, Steve Martin, and Robin Williams. Also the Movie Jurassic Park lol.

Class #16: Ballet Met

Class #15: ShadowBox Theater

"Class" #14: Some spring break sketches

All of these are in colored pencil, but because I couldn't make it to a scanner, they look better in greyscale.  Cold weather people.

Exercise #7: Clothing / Drapery

Class #13

Today's class we looked at more silent films- Chaplin! As well as sketching character posture exercises.

Here's a storyboarding exercise. We got a pretty cool prompt.

Sarah Silverman

Class #10: Shadow Box Theater!

Class #9 Ballet Met

Class #8

Going to focus more about getting down the main form of a figure instead of immediately jumping to the details... it's a difficult transition, but I'm learning a lot!
